1) Your Right to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel your enrollment and request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment, provided that:

• The course has not yet commenced, and
• You submit your cancellation request in writing via the contact details provided below.

2) How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests must be made by email to: vcadigitalacademy@gmail.com

Include your full name, course name, transaction/payment details, and the reason for cancellation.

1) Eligible Refunds

If your cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe and before the course begins, you may be eligible for a refund of the course fee less any non-refundable admission or administrative charges, if applicable.

2) Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• If the course has already commenced or you have accessed course materials after the start date.
• If the request is made after the refund period ends.
• For any non-refundable fees (e.g., admission processing charges, registration fees).
• If you simply change your mind after course commencement.

3) Duplicate or Billing Errors

If you have been charged more than once for the same course due to a technical or processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.

1) Approval Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.

2) Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of enrollment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

3) Deductions

Any bank charges or processing fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
